100% Complete Nbr / Pct

the number and percentage of finished RO’s that had all of the jobs completed

100% On Time Nbr / Pct

the number and percentage of the finished ROs that were completed within the customer’s Needed Time

100% Customer Satisfaction Nbr / Pct

the number and percentage of the finished ROs that were 100% Complete, Clean and On Time

Parts Available Nbr / Pct

the number of ROs requiring parts and parts were available, and the number as a percent of finished ROs requiring parts

Parts Still on Order Nbr / Pct

the number of ROs not meeting needed time because parts had to be ordered and the parts are not yet received, and the number as a percent of finished ROs requiring parts
