Element	Description
Avail Hrs	sum of recorded Regular, Overtime, and Double-time paid hours
Reg	recorded Regular paid hours
OT	recorded Over Time and double-time paid hours
Applied Labor Hrs/Pct of Avail	the number of labor hours applied to jobs and the number of applied hours as a percent of available hours
Unapplied Labor Hrs/Pct of Avail	the number of labor hours not applied to jobs and the number of unapplied hours as a percent of available hours
Unaccounted Time Hrs/Pct of Avail	available hours minus the sum of applied and unapplied hours and the difference as a percent of available hours
Avg. Applied / CSR	the number of applied hours divided by the number of CSR days. CSR days = (see tech days above) (assumes an 8 hour work day)
Avg. Unapplied / CSR	unapplied hours divided by the number of CSR days (see above)
