A unit that exceeds the default miles/kilometers by "1" will be a defect

A unit that is scheduled greater than the defect interval will be "RED"

A unit that is scheduled within 10-days of the defect interval will be "Yellow"

A unit that is within 10% of the default meter will be "Yellow" (ie: 30,000 miles * 10% = 3,000 miles)
