Sister City Planner Page

Use the Sister City Planner page to view and track repairs on your vehicles being performed at other locations.

The page contains tabs, commands, date buttons, and columns of information.

Commands

Command	Function
(Selected RO)
Vehicle Info	select an RO and click this command to open the Vehicle Info page
Vehicle History	select an RO and click this command to open the Repair History page
(Sort)
Last Change	sorts the page with the last changed RO at the top
Unit Number	sorts the page by unit number
Customer	sorts the page by customer name
Repair Location	sorts the page by location name

Date Buttons

Button	Function
< Week	displays ROs for the current date minus seven days
< Day	displays ROs for the current date minus one day
Yesterday	displays the ROs for the previous day
Today	displays the ROs for today
Day >	displays the ROs for the current date plus one day
Week >	displays the ROs for the current date plus seven days
	opens a calendar where you can click the date
Help	opens the Help for this page

Columns

The Sister City Planner page contains columns of information. Some of the items are also links to additional information.

Column	Contents
RO Number	the RO number (click the link to open the Repair Order page)
RO Stat	the RO status
Unit #	the unit number (click the link to open the Vehicle Info page)
Customer	the customer name (click the link to open the Customer Details page)
Repair Location	the location performing repairs on your vehicle (click the link to open the Location Details page)
Service Phone	the location's service office telephone number
Main Phone	the location's main telephone number
Last Change	the date and time the RO last changed
