Needed Time	the date and time the customer needs the unit
Due In	the date and time the unit is expected at the shop
Arrived	the date and time the unit was clocked into the shop
RO Created	the date and time the RO was created
RO Started	the date and time work was started on the RO
RO Finished	the date and time the RO was marked as finished
RO Reviewed	the date and time the RO was marked as reviewed
Accounting Month	for reviewed ROs, displays the month the accounting records hit the G/L (ex. June, 2003)
RO Received at Admin	the date and time the RO was received at the Admin
RO Status	the current RO status
RO Processed at Admin	the date and time the RO was processed at the Admin
Sent to Billing on	date the RO was sent to billing
Done on Time	displays if the repair was completed by the customer's needed time, Yes or No
Reason	if the repair was not completed by the customer's needed time, displays the reason it was not
100% Complete	displays if the RO was completed , Yes or No
Reason	if the repair was not completed, displays the reason
