Time Clock Page

Use the Time Clock page to punch in and out and log onto and off of jobs.

The Time Clock page contains commands, fields, and buttons.

Commands

Command	Function
(Action)
Clock On	clocks the selected user onto the selected job
Clock Off	clocks the selected user off of the selected job
RO Detail	opens the Repair Order page for the selected job
(Jobs)
Include Finished	displays finished and unfinished jobs for the selected user
(Sort)
Priority	sorts the job list by priority

Fields

Field	Function
Punched In Only	when checked, only punched in users are listed, when unchecked all users are listed
User	lists the employees
Pin	type the users PIN, if applicable
Unapplied Jobs	lists the unapplied jobs

Columns

Column	Contents
	check the option button to select the job
Unit	the unit number. Click the unit number to open the Vehicle Info page.
Description	the job description. Click the link to open the Repair Order page
Hours	displays the number of labor hours recorded for this job
Active	is the job active, Y(es), or N(o)
Needed Time	the time the customer needs the vehicle
Pri	the RO priority (1-99)

Buttons

Button	Function
Punch In	punches the selected user in
Punch Out	punches the selected user out
Help	opens the help for this page
Clock On	clocks the selected user on to the selected job
Clock Off	clocks the selected user off of the selected job
Clock Back On To	clocks the selected user back on to the previous job
