Vendor Rolodex Page

Use the Vendor Rolodex page to search for and select a vendor. The page contains tabs, fields, buttons and a navigation bar.

Fields

Field	Contents
Vendor Name	type a potion of the vendor name to search
City	type a portion of the vendor's city to search
Active Vendors Only	leave this box checked to include active vendors only (uncheck the box to include inactive vendors also)
Generic Name	check the box to search the generic name
(Results)
Name	the vendor name (click the link to open the Vendor Details page)
Main Phone	the vendor's main telephone number
Address line 1	the vendor's address
City	the vendor's city
State	the vendor's state

Buttons

Button	Function
Close	closes this page without action
Help	opens the Help for this page
Search	searches the vendor database based on your entries

Navigation Bar

Command	Function
(Create New)
Vendor	opens the Add a New Vendor page where you can create a new vendor
(Rolodex)
Customer	opens the Customer Rolodex page where you can search for a customer
Location	opens the Location Rolodex page where you can search for a location
Vehicle	opens the Vehicle Rolodex page where you can search for a vehicle
