Add Estimated Projected Time

You may add an estimated projected time for any jobs without national standards. Setting projected times is mostly used for Diagnose Complaint and Unfound Jobs.

The national projected time overrides the estimated Projected Time if you change the job to one with a national standard.

To add an estimated Projected Time to a job,

1.  In the Repair Order page, click a job that does not have a Projected Time assigned.

2.  Click the Estimate Proj command.

The Enter Projected Time page opens.

3.  In the field, type the time it should take to perform the job .

 Type in hours and tenths of hours (a tenth of an hour is six minutes).

4.  Click the Save button.

The Enter Projected Time page closes.

5.  In the Repair Order page, click the job button.

The Proj. Time field displays the time you typed.
