Paid Hours

The Paid Hours report lists the paid hours for each shop user for the selected period. Selections include the standard date area, Shop User(s) and Shift. You cannot sort the report. The report is sorted by ID.

overtime and double-time paid hours

Paid Hours

total number of regular, overtime, and double-time hours entered for the shop user

(Applied) Hours

total number of hours applied to jobs

(Applied) % of Avail

applied hours as a percent of paid hours
(Applied hours/Paid hours)

(Unapplied) Hours

total number of hours recorded as unapplied

(Unapplied) % of Avail

unapplied hours as a percent of paid hours
(Unapplied hours/Paid hours)

(Accounted) Hours

applied hours plus unapplied hours

(Accounted) % of Avail

accounted hours as a percent of paid hours

paid hours minus accounted hours
