Customer RO Search Page

Use the Customer RO Search page to search for ROs for a particular customer.

The page contains fields, columns of information, commands and buttons.

Fields

Field	Contents
Customer Name	type the customer name
Generic Name	check this box if you are not certain of the customer name (enter the closest you can)
Customer Acct #	if known, type the customer account number
Local Customers Only	leave this box checked to only search local customers, uncheck the box to search national customers

Columns

If your search returns one or more customers, each customer is listed with the following columns of information.

Column	Contents
	click the option button to select a customer
Cust #	the customer number
Bill Grp	the customer's bill group
Owning Dist	the customer's owning district
Name	the customer's name
City	the customer's city
State	the customer's state

Commands

Command	Function
(Search By)
Unit #	opens the Vehicle RO Search page where you can search for ROs by vehicle number
Customer	does nothing since you are already at the Customer RO Search page
Vendor	opens the Vendor RO Search page where you can search for ROs by vendor
RO Number	opens the RO Number Search page where you can search for ROs by RO number

Buttons

Button	Function
Select	opens the selected RO
Cancel	closes the page without action
Help	opens the Help for this page
Search	searches ROs for the entered customer

Search by Customer	Search by Unit #
Search by RO	Search by Vendor
