Vehicle RO Search Page

Use the Vehicle RO Search page to search for ROs for a particular vehicle.

The page contains fields, columns of information, commands and buttons.

Fields

Field	Contents
Penske Unit	to search for ROs for a Penske vehicle, type the unit number
Customer Unit	to search for ROs for a customer vehicle, type the unit number

Columns

If your search returns one or more ROs, each RO is listed with the following columns of information.

Column	Contents
	click the option button to select an RO
Unit #	the Penske unit number, if applicable (click the link to open the Vehicle Detail page)
Cust Unit #	the customer unit number, if applicable (click the link to open the Vehicle Detail page)
Customer	the customer name (click the link to open the Customer Details page)
Cust #	the customer number
Own Location	the vehicle owning location (click the link to open the Location Details page)
Year	the vehicle model year
Make	the vehicle make
Desc	the vehicle description
Model	the vehicle model

Commands

Command	Function
(Search By)
Unit #	does nothing since you are already at the Vehicle RO Search page
Customer	opens the Customer RO Search page where you can search for ROs by customer
Vendor	opens the Vendor RO Search page where you can search for ROs by vendor
RO Number	opens the RO Number Search page where you can search for ROs by RO number

Buttons

Button	Function
Select	opens the selected RO
Cancel	closes the page without action
Help	opens the Help for this page
Search	searches ROs for the entered unit number

Search by Customer	Search by Unit #
Search by RO	Search by Vendor
