Planner View Page

Use the Planner View page to designate the default appearance of the Planner page.

The Planner View page contains lists, fields, and buttons.

Lists

List	Contents
Tech	leave All Techs or click the arrow and click a specific technician
Shift	leave All Shifts or click the arrow and click a specific shift
Language	click the arrow and select the primary language (English or French)

Fields

Use the Select Component link to restrict the Planner to display only ROs with a selected component code.

Field	Contents
Select Component link	opens the Component Code Selection page where you select the component to display in the Planner page
Component Number	the selected component code
Component Name	the selected component name

Buttons

Button	Function
Save	saves the current selections and closes the page
Close	closes the page without action
Help	opens the Help for this page
(Sort)
Unit Number	sorts the Planner page by unit number
Needed Time	sorts the Planner page by needed time
Customer	sorts the Planner page by customer
Priority	sorts the Planner page by priority
(VIEW)
(Master)
Default	click this option button to view/change the default selection
All	click this option button to select all of the options
(Status)
Not Started	includes ROs in 'Not Started' status in the Planner page
Invoice	includes ROs in 'Invoice' status in the Planner page
Open	includes ROs in 'Open' status in the Planner page
Finished	includes ROs in 'Finished' status in the Planner page
Hold	includes ROs in 'Hold' status in the Planner page
Reviewed	includes ROs in 'Reviewed' status in the Planner page
(Inside/Outside)
Inside	includes inside ROs in the Planner page
Outside	includes outside ROs in the Planner page
(Due In)
Due in only	includes in the Planner page only ROs that are due in
