Review Finished Repair Orders Page

Use the Review Finished Repair Orders page to review finished ROs.

The page contains columns of information, commands, and buttons.

Columns

Column	Contents
	check this box to select an RO
Unit #	the unit number
Customer	the customer name (click the link to open the Customer Details page)
RO Number	the RO number (click the link to open the Repair Order page)
RO Type	was this an inside or an outside RO?
RO Date	the RO date
Finished	the date the RO was finished
Err	if the RO was previously sent to and rejected by the admin, this reads 1, if not it reads 0
Assigned	techs the works was assigned to
Work Summary	short job description

All SOS	displays inside, outside and sister city finished ROs
Inside ROs Only	displays only inside ROs
Outside ROs Only	displays only outside ROs
Sister City Only	displays only Sister City ROs
(Include)
All	displays rebill and non-rebill ROs
Rebill Only	displays only rebill ROs
Exclude Rebill	does not display rebill ROs
Auto Finished Only	displays only ROs that were auto-finished
(Sort By)
RO Date	sorts the list by RO date
Unit Number	sorts the list by unit number
Assigned	sorts the list by assigned tech
(Repair Order)
Select All	selects all of the repair orders
DeSelect All	deselects all of the repair orders
RO Detail	opens the Repair Order page for the selected RO
Print	prints the selected RO

Buttons

Button	Function
Close	closes the page without action
Help	opens the Help for this page
Select All	selects all of the ROs
Deselect All	de-selects all of the ROs
RO Detail	opens the Repair Order page for the selected RO
Print	prints the selected RO(s)
