The Job Analysis type contains five reports. These reports can help identify repetitive repairs, technicians who most often exceed goal times, and technicians who most often do not properly identify jobs. Supervisors can use this information to identify who might need more training and units that might have something more wrong with them that is causing repetitive repairs.
