Add a Customer Note

To add a note to a customer tab,

1.  From the Planner page, click the (Rolodex) Customer command.

The Customer Rolodex page opens.

2.  Type some information into the Customer Name or Customer Acct # fields and click the Search button.

A list of customers matching your search opens.

3.  Click the Cust # link from the list.

The Customer Details page opens.

4.  Click the tab you want to open.

The Customer Notes page opens.

5.  Click the Add Note button.

The Add Note page opens.

6.  Type information into the Subject and Notes fields and click the Save button.

You return to the Customer Notes page and the note is listed.
