To update a customer note,
1. From the Planner page, click the (Rolodex) Customer command.
The Customer Rolodex page opens.
2. Type some information into the Customer Name or Customer Acct # fields and click the Search button.
A list of customers matching your search opens.
3. Click the Cust # link from the list.
The Customer Details page opens.
4. Click the tab to open it.
The Customer Notes page opens.
5. Click the option button for the note and click the View Note button.
The Update Notes page opens.
6. In the Subject and/or Notes fields, type the new information over the old.
7. Click the Save button.
The new information is saved.
