Often on repairs for rental vehicles you find out later that a customer should be charged for the repair. You need to change the customer on the RO.
1. From the Repair Order page, click the Change Customer command.
The Customer Data page opens.
2. If you know the customer name, type it in the top field and click the Save button.
You return to the Repair Order page and the customer is changed.
3. If you do not know the customer name, click the Customer Look Up button.
The Customer Rolodex page opens (see View Customer Information).
