To add a foreign vehicle (Penske vehicles are already in your system),
1. From the Planner, click the (Rolodex) Vehicle command.
The Vehicle Rolodex page opens.
2. In the Customer Unit field, type the unit number and click the (Create New) Foreign Vehicle command.
The Vehicle Info page opens.
3. Type the known information into the fields and click the Save button.
The vehicle is added to the database
