Drop a PM

You can manually drop a PM from a local (non-Sister City) RO. However, the PM will be automatically rescheduled and it might reappear on the same RO.

To drop the PM,

1.   From the Planner or PM Planner pages, click the Work Summary link for the RO you want to change.

The Repair Order page opens.

2.  See Drop a Job.

 You cannot drop a Sister City PM.
