Scheduler Page

Use the Scheduler page to add unscheduled jobs to an existing RO, delete jobs, schedule jobs, reschedule jobs, unschedule jobs for today and make an appointment.

The Scheduler page lists units that have unscheduled jobs and contains tabs, columns of information, and button.

Columns

Information in the Scheduler page is organized in five areas: Unscheduled Units, Scheduled Work, Jobs, Campaign Jobs and Unscheduled Jobs.

Unscheduled Units

Column	Contents
Unit #	the vehicle number
Customer Name	the customer name
Total Units	the number of units with unscheduled work
Unit #	the selected vehicle number
Unit Make	the selected vehicle make
Unit Type	the selected vehicle type
VIN #	the selected Vehicle Identification Number
Customer	the selected vehicle's customer name

Scheduled Work

Column	Contents
	click the option button to select the RO
Sched Date	date the RO is scheduled
RO #	the RO number
Work Desc	a brief list of the jobs on the RO
RO Status	the current status of the RO
Tech	technicians assigned to this RO

Jobs

Column	Contents
	click the option button to select a job
Date	date the correction was reported
Job Correction	a description of the job
Status	the current job status
Proj Time	the projected time for job completion
Hold Reason	if the job is on hold, the reason is displayed here

Campaign Jobs

Column	Contents
	click the option button to select a job
Date	date the correction was reported
Job Correction	a description of the job
Status	the current job status
Proj Time	the projected time for job completion
Hold Reason	if the job is on hold, the reason is displayed here

Unscheduled Jobs

Buttons

Button	Function
(Scheduled Work)
Create RO	select a unit and click this button to create an RO
Delete RO	select an RO and click this command to delete the RO
Reschedule RO	select an RO and click this command to reschedule the RO
Add Unsched Job	click an unscheduled job you want to add to an RO, click the RO and click this command to add the job
Add Campaign Job	click the campaign job you want to add and click the button to add the job to the RO
(Jobs)
Add Job	opens the Add Job page where you can create a scheduled job for the selected unit
Hold Job	puts the selected job on hold
Unhold Job	takes the selected job off hold
Drop Job	select a scheduled job and click this button to remove it from the RO and add it to the unscheduled jobs
(Unscheduled Job)
Add Job	opens the Add Job page where you can create an unscheduled job for this unit
Hold Job	puts the selected job on hold
Unhold Job	takes the selected job off hold
Delete Job	select an unscheduled job and click this button to delete the job
