Use the Scheduler to schedule the unscheduled jobs, either adding the job to an existing RO, or creating a new RO for that vehicle.
To schedule a job and add it to an existing RO,
1. In the Planner, click the Scheduler tab.
The Scheduler page opens.
2. Select the unit (see Select a Unit).
3. In the Scheduled Work area, click the option button for the RO you want to add the unscheduled job to.
4. In the Unscheduled Jobs area, click the option button for the unscheduled job you want to schedule.
5. In the Scheduled Work area, click the Add Unscheduled Job command.
The selected job is added to the RO and removed from the Unscheduled Jobs area.
