You can reschedule an RO from the Scheduler page or the Repair Order page.
From the Scheduler page,
1. Select the unit (see Select a Unit).
2. In the Scheduled Work area, click the option button for the RO to reschedule.
3. Click the Reschedule RO button.
The Reschedule RO page opens.
4. Click the date and time to reschedule the RO.
5. Click the Save button.
The RO is rescheduled.
From the Repair Order page:
1. Click the (Repair Order) Reschedule command.
The Reschedule RO page opens.
2. Click the date and time to reschedule the RO.
3. Click the Save button.
The RO is rescheduled.
