Add to a Fleet Sheet

To add work to an existing fleet sheet,

1.  From the Planner page, click the Work Summary link for the fleet sheet.

The Fleet Sheet page opens.

2.  Type the unit number in the Penske Unit # or Customer Unit # field, as appropriate.

3.  In the Job Types list, select the job.

4.  In the Technician list, select the technician.

5.  Click the Hours and Tenths option buttons or type the time in the Hours Entry field.

6.  Click the Save button.
