Change Needed Time

Sometimes the customer tells you that they need the vehicle at a time that is different than the time originally entered on the RO.

You can change the Needed Time from the Planner or the Repair Order pages.

To change the needed time on an RO,

1.  From the Planner page, click the Needed Time link for the RO you want to change.

Or

1.  From the Repair Order page, click the Needed link.

The Needed Time page opens.

2.  Click the date and time the unit is needed.

3.  Click the Customer Waiting checkbox if the customer is waiting for this vehicle.

4.  Click the Save button.

This needed time over rides the previously entered time.
