You can add a complaint when you create a job and you can also add a complaint in the Complaint Editor page.
1. From the Planner page, click the Setup System command.
The Shop Planner page opens.
2. Click the Complaint command.
The Complaint Editor page opens.
3. Click the (Create New) Complaint command.
The Add Complaint page opens.
4. In the field, type the complaint.
5. Click the Save button.
You return to the Complaint Editor page and the new complaint is listed.
