To change the wording of a complaint,
1. From the Planner page, click the Setup System command.
The Shop Planner page opens.
2. Click the Complaint command.
The Complaint Editor page opens.
3. Click the option button for the complaint to change and click the (Selected Complaint) Update command.
The Update Complaint page opens.
4. In the field, type the complaint.
5. Click the Save button.
You return to the Complaint Editor page and the updated complaint is listed.
