The security level determines general user privileges. Authorized users can refine a specific user’s authorizations or privileges.
1. From the Planner page, click the Setup System command.
The Shop Planner page opens.
2. Click the Users command.
The User Maintenance page opens.
3. Click the option button for the user you want to update and click the Update User command.
The User Details page opens.
4. Click the Override Privileges button.
The Privileges page opens.
5. Check or uncheck the Allowed box for each privilege, as appropriate.
6. Click the Save button.
The privileges are saved and you return to the User Details page.
