Use the User Maintenance page to view and maintain shop users.
The page contains tabs, columns of information, commands, and buttons.
Columns
The page has a row for each shop user with the following information.

opens the Complaint Editor page where you can work with databased complaints |

opens the General Preferences page where you can set some of the defaults for your system |
Schedule Rpts |
opens the Schedule Reports page where you can designate some reports to run automatically |
