User Maintenance Page

Use the User Maintenance page to view and maintain shop users.

The page contains tabs, columns of information, commands, and buttons.

 

Columns

The page has a row for each shop user with the following information.

click the option button to select the user

Nickname

each shop user must have a unique nickname

Name

the user's name

Job Title

the user's job title

Security Level

the user's security level (see below)

Shift

the user's shift

Status

the user's status

 

Commands

(Create New)

 

  New User

opens the Add User page where you can add a shop user

  Association

opens the Add User page where you can create a user association

(Selected User)

 

  Update User

opens the User Details page where you can enter/update information

  Delete User

deletes the selected user

(View)

 

  All Users

displays all users in the system

(Setup)

 

  Complaint

opens the Complaint Editor page where you can work with databased complaints

  Parts

opens the Parts Rolodex page where you can work with the parts database

(Preferences)

 

  Shop Planner

does nothing since you are already in the Shop Planner page

  General

opens the General Preferences page where you can set some of the defaults for your system

  Schedule Rpts

opens the Schedule Reports page where you can designate some reports to run automatically

default user plus review repair orders
