Create a Part

Not all of the parts you will use on jobs are in the database. You will need to add them.

To add (or create) a part,

1.  From the Planner page, click the Setup System command.

The Shop Planner page opens.

2.  Click the Parts command.

The Parts Rolodex page opens.

3.  Click the (Create New) Part command.

The Add Part page opens.

4.  In each field, type the information.

5.  Click the Save button.

The part is added to the database.
