Repair Order Page Commands

Command

Function

(Repair Order)

Print RO

prints the open RO

Review RO

reviews the RO (if it passes, the Confirm page opens asking if you want to send it to Admin)

Finish (Unfinish) RO

finishes (or unfinishes) the open RO

Request Estimates

to request an estimate for the RO, click the command (you can request an estimate for the RO after all parts and labor (or labor estimate) have been entered and before the RO is reviewed)

View Estimates

after the estimate is received, click this command to view it

(Vehicle)

To Do List

opens the To Do List page where you can work with jobs that are not yet completed

Unscheduled

opens the Unscheduled Job page where you can work with unscheduled jobs for the current vehicle

Meter Readings

opens the Mileage page where you can record the vehicle meter readings

(Part Management)

  Cost Override

allows you to enter a part cost override

(Job Management)

Finish Job

finishes the current job

Unfinish Job

unfinishes the selected finished job

Change Job

allows you to change the current job

Record Labor

opens the Record Labor page where you can record the labor performed on the current RO

(Jobs)

Add Job

opens the Add Job page where you can add a job to this RO

(job buttons)

each job on the current RO is listed. Click the command to open the job.

voids the RO (see Void an RO)

  Reschedule

reschedules the RO (see Reschedule an RO)

  Change Unit

changes the vehicle number on the RO (see Change Vehicle Number)

  Change Customer

changes the customer on the RO (see Change a Customer)

  Misc Information

opens the RO Miscellaneous Information page where you can view and change additional RO information

  Assign Work

assigns a vendor or tech to the RO (see Assign a Technician or Assign a Vendor)

  Vehicle Mgt

opens the Vehicle Info page where you can view basic vehicle information

  Vehicle History

opens the Repair History page where you can view the repair history of the vehicle

(Job Management)

  Delete Job

deletes the selected job

  Hold Job

puts the job on hold (see Hold a Job)

  Drop Job

drops the job to from the RO

Estimate Proj

opens the Enter Projected Time page where you can enter a projected time for a job

  Job Warranty Data

opens the Job Warranty Information page where you can enter warranty information

  Misc Information

opens the Job Miscellaneous Information page where you can enter additional job information
